End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. License Grant
Meyers Digital Labs, LLC ("Licensor") grants you a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Scramble application
("App") for personal, non-commercial use. This license is a grant of use, not a transfer of title.
2. Encryption & Security Disclaimer
Use for Entertainment & General Privacy:
- Scramble uses a symmetric XOR-based cipher for obfuscation and secret-sharing.
- No Recovery: Licensor does not store your passcodes. If you lose a passcode, the encrypted data cannot be recovered by us.
- Not for High-Security Data: You agree not to use the App to protect highly sensitive financial, medical, or government-regulated data. Licensor makes no claims regarding the "unbreakable" nature of the encryption.
3. Virtual Credits & Purchases
Credit System:
- New authenticated users receive 50 free credits upon signup.
- Authenticated actions (Copying encrypted text or performing a full Decryption reveal) consume 1 credit.
- Credits are "virtual goods" with no monetary value and are non-transferable.
Refunds & Account Deletion:
- Purchases made via Google Play are subject to Google's refund policies.
- Account Deletion: If you use the "Delete Account" feature, all purchased and earned credits are permanently destroyed. No refunds or "credit transfers" will be provided for deleted accounts.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Modify, decompile, or reverse engineer the App's encryption logic.
- Use the App to distribute illegal, harassing, or harmful content.
- Automate the creation of accounts or "farm" signup credits.
- Interfere with the Firebase or Google Play Billing services.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS." MEYERS DIGITAL LABS, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE ENCRYPTION METHOD IS SECURE AGAINST ALL FORMS OF CRYPTANALYSIS OR HACKING.
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEYERS DIGITAL LABS, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, INTERCEPTION OF MESSAGES, OR LOSS OF SAVED PASSCODES.
7. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware (or your specific jurisdiction), United States.
